UK’s leading charity engaging men and boys to end violence against women and girls

Men and women are encouraged to wear white ribbons as a symbol of their opposition to violence against women. They are particularly encouraged to wear these during White Ribbon week which starts on November the 25th. 

To wear a white ribbon is to promise to never commit, excuse or remain silent about male violence against women.

 It started in 1991 in Canada, and is now active in many countries across the globe.
